Our items are dispatched the the same business day as long as it is ordered before 10am HKT ✔️ Any products ordered after 10am HKT will be packaged and shipped the next day.

Refunds (Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items)

Any problems with the item(s) you receive must be reported to us within 30 days of transaction receipt.

Replacement (Change of Mind)

If you've had a change of mind about the item(s) you have ordered, we will need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging within the 30 day period.

Please note return shipping fees will be to and from the warehouse will apply so please choose carefully. We suggest packing items carefully and sending with tracking to ensure proof of arrival.
