Directions of Use:

1. Download the FOREO For You app and register your device before your first use.
2. On freshly cleansed skin, apply a thin layer of FOREO Serum Serum Serum and massage in until absorbed. 
3. Turn on your FOREO Bear and select your preferred treatment routine through the FOREO For You App or the Bear’s universal button. 
4. Gently glide your FOREO Bear across your skin, making sure both nodes are in contact with your skin to complete your treatment - the device will beep when your treatment is finished.
5. Follow up with your regular skincare routine!
6. We suggest using your FOREO Bear as a nightly treatment for your skin.
